Mythalune is a digital entertainment and self-reflection application.
All content generated by the service — including symbolic interpretations, journaling prompts, daily reflections and chart visualizations — is provided for entertainment and personal exploration only. It is not, and does not substitute for, professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make any purchase. By using Mythalune you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 18, we will close the account and refund any active purchases.
2. The Service
Mythalune generates personalized text reflections, journaling prompts, and visual charts using artificial intelligence interpretations of traditional symbolic systems (astrology, numerology, I Ching, and related frameworks). Outputs are interpretive, not predictive — they describe symbolic patterns, archetypes, and reflection prompts rather than future events.
- All content is delivered as text, audio, and on-screen visuals within the app.
- There is no live consultation, fortune-telling, spiritual healing, or human-to-human reading service.
- Generated content does not predict — and cannot reliably predict — specific real-world outcomes regarding health, mortality, pregnancy, criminal proceedings, lottery numbers, individual stock prices, or any third party's actions.
3. Account & Acceptable Use
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You agree not to share, resell, scrape, automate, or reverse engineer the service.
- You agree not to use the service in ways that violate applicable laws, including local laws governing divination, occult, or fortune-related services where such laws exist.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with proportionate refund of unused paid features where applicable.
4. Purchases, Pricing & Statement Descriptor
All purchases are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full payment card information. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Your bank or card statement will show the descriptor MYTHALUNE (or a closely related variant such as MYTHALUNE*APP).
5. Refund Policy
We want every charge on Mythalune to be one you understand and want. To that end:
- 14-day refund window. Any one-time digital purchase may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially consumed the content (for one-shot reports, this means before you have viewed the full output; for credit packs, this means with unspent credits remaining).
- No-questions refunds for billing errors. Duplicate charges, accidental purchases, or charges you do not recognize will be refunded on request.
- How to request a refund: email support@mythalune.com from the email associated with your account, or write to us via the in-app support link. We will respond within 48 hours.
- If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us, we will still attempt to resolve the issue with you directly.
6. Subscriptions & Cancellation (if offered)
- Click-to-cancel. You can cancel any active subscription at any time from inside your account page or by emailing support — no phone call required.
- Pre-renewal notice. For annual subscriptions, we will email you at least 7 days before each renewal, with the renewal date, amount, and a one-click cancellation link.
- Pro-rata refunds for accidental renewal. If you forget to cancel and are billed within 14 days of the renewal date and have not substantially used the renewed period, we will issue a full refund on request.
7. Intellectual Property
Mythalune's app, interface, prompts, brand, and curated content are owned by Mythalune. AI-generated outputs delivered to you may be used for your personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not redistribute, resell, or repackage them as a service.
8. Disclaimers — Important
Mythalune does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Symbolic interpretations are not diagnoses, prescriptions, predictions, recommendations, or warranties of any kind.
- Do not rely on Mythalune to make medical, mental-health, legal, financial, parental, or relationship decisions. Consult a licensed professional.
- If you are in emotional distress or crisis, call a local helpline immediately (U.S./Canada: 988 · U.K.: 116 123 · or your local equivalent).
- Content is generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or biases. We do not guarantee accuracy, applicability, or fitness for any purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mythalune and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars (US$50), whichever is greater.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email to active account holders. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved first by good-faith communication with our support team, and if unresolved, by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual-property or unauthorized-access claims.

一、使用资格

二、服务说明

- 所有内容以应用内文字、音频或图形的形式呈现。

- 所生成的内容不预测——也无法可靠预测——任何与健康、寿命、生育、刑事诉讼、彩票号码、个股价格或第三方行为有关的具体真实事件。
三、账户与合理使用
- 您需妥善保管账户凭证。
- 不得分享、转售、抓取、自动化或对本服务进行逆向工程。
- 不得在违反当地法律(包括所在地关于占卜、玄学、命理类服务的具体法律)的情况下使用本服务。
- 对于违反本条款的账户,我们可暂停或终止服务,并按未使用部分进行合理退款。
四、购买、价格与账单显示名
所有付款交易由 Stripe, Inc. 处理。我们不收集或存储您完整的支付卡信息。除非另有说明,价格以美元计。您的银行或信用卡账单显示名称为 MYTHALUNE(或类似变体如 MYTHALUNE*APP)。
五、退款政策
我们希望您在 Mythalune 上的每一笔消费都清晰、值得:
- 14 天无理由退款。任何一次性数字商品在购买后 14 天内,若您尚未实质消费该内容(例如尚未查看完整报告,或 credit pack 中尚有未使用 credits),均可申请全额退款。
- 账单问题无条件退款。重复扣款、误操作购买、不认识的扣款,一经申请立即处理。
- 申请方式:从注册邮箱发送邮件至 support@mythalune.com,或通过应用内"联系支持"链接申诉,我们将在 48 小时内回复。
- 请先联系我们再发起银行 chargeback——我们会尽力直接解决。
六、订阅与取消 (如提供订阅)
- 一键取消。您可随时在账户页面或通过邮件取消订阅,无需电话。
- 续费前提醒。年度订阅在每次续费前至少 7 天,我们会发送邮件告知续费日期、金额及一键取消链接。
- 误续费可退。若您忘记取消而被续费,在续费日期 14 天内、且尚未实质使用新周期的,可申请全额退款。
七、知识产权
Mythalune 的应用程序、界面、提示词、品牌及精选内容归 Mythalune 所有。AI 为您生成的内容可用于您个人的非商业用途;但不得作为服务进行再发布、转售或重新打包。
八、重要免责声明
Mythalune 不提供任何医疗、心理、法律或金融建议。符号解读不构成任何诊断、处方、预测、推荐或担保。
- 请勿依据 Mythalune 做出医疗、心理、法律、金融、亲子或情感决策。请咨询持牌专业人士。

九、责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内,Mythalune 及其运营方对因使用本服务产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、衍生或惩罚性损害,或利润、数据、商誉损失,概不承担责任。任何索赔我们的全部责任以您在索赔前 12 个月内支付的金额为上限,或 50 美元(USD 50),以较高者为准。
十、条款变更
我们可能不定期更新本条款。重大变更将通过应用内通知与邮件提前告知现有账户持有人。生效日期之后继续使用本服务即视为接受新条款。
十一、适用法律与争议解决
本条款适用美国特拉华州法律(不含其法律冲突规则)。任何争议应先与支持团队善意沟通;未能解决的,提交特拉华州约束性仲裁解决——但任一方可就知识产权或非法访问类纠纷在有管辖权的法院申请禁令救济。
